Integrated Policy



The primary goal of Ecco S.r.l. is Customer satisfaction, information protection, and the continuous improvement of its processes. To this end, the Company has implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standards, which serves as a key tool to ensure the quality of the services provided and the security of the information handled.

Ecco S.r.l. is committed to:

  • Providing communication services and creative consulting consistent with contractual requirements, the expressed or implicit needs of the Customer, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Implementing effective measures for the protection of handled information, ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability, both internally and in interactions with suppliers and partners;
  • Structurally assessing and managing risks and opportunities related to operational continuity and service quality;
  • Engaging all personnel in improvement processes through training, awareness, and empowerment in relation to the objectives of the integrated system;
  • Systematically monitoring the Customer's requirements, collecting direct feedback and evaluating satisfaction indicators to adjust strategies and internal processes;
  • Ensuring full compliance with the principles of the GDPR, intellectual property, and contractual confidentiality, also through specific NDAs and rights transfer agreements with external collaborators;
  • Periodically evaluating and qualifying external suppliers, ensuring that each entrusted activity is carried out according to the quality and security standards defined by the Company;
  • Periodically reviewing the corporate objectives through Management Review and monitoring of the Check Panel, including those related to information security;
  • Ensuring the adoption of timely countermeasures in case of incidents, non-conformities, or significant deviations from the system, promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Maintaining the certified Integrated Management System through an accredited third-party body and ensuring its adequacy over time.

The measurable objectives of the Policy, updated annually by Management, focus on:

  • Reducing internal and external non-conformities;
  • Increasing Customer satisfaction;
  • Improving document traceability and data protection;
  • Efficiency of creative and management processes;
  • Involvement and professional growth of personnel.

This Policy is communicated to all internal personnel and shared with relevant external partners. It is displayed in company areas, included in the Integrated Manual, and published on the company's website to ensure it is understood, applied, and maintained at all levels of the organization.

Management assumes the responsibility for maintaining and ensuring the effectiveness of the Integrated System and guarantees its constant adequacy to business strategies and the relevant context.
